Libre Graphics Meeting 2026 will take place in Nurenberg, Germany. Most likely between March and May (maybe even April 22nd to 25th) but dates are not yet confirmed.
Sharing in case some of you want to make plans for next year 
The event, as the name says, is about Libre (FOSS) graphics related software. Many users, artists and developers of tools like Gimp, Blender, Inkscape, Kdenlive, etc. will be there giving presentations and exchanging ideas.
Would be very nice to see a small OPENRNDR crowd there!
The Libre Graphics Meeting is the annual meeting on Free/Libre and Open Source software for graphics.
The 19th annual Libre Graphics Meeting (LGM) will take place in Nuremberg, Germany on April 22nd–25th, 2026.

I’m now back from the LGM2026 and I really enjoyed my second Libre Graphics Meeting. This is what I wrote on my way back home:
Next year it will happen in Linz, Austria and it would be very nice to see some of you there as well
Here a recording of my presentation, including some tense moments (just to make it a bit dramatic), due to writing loadImage before program and a glitch related to using an external display, which is never an issue, except when live coding in front of an audience 
The next day I did a 2 hour workshop and cloning my display on a projector was perfectly fine of course
