All ORX demos have descriptions now

In recent months I been slowly working to make sure all ORX demos have a description.

Descriptions and screenshots are automatically embedded in each ORX README. For example, see here the one for orx-marching-squares.

I hope someone will benefit from these. I definitely learned a lot about features I had not yet explored.
