I’m a lifelong programmer, casual gamer, dad, husband, thinker, knowledge seeker, and general maker of things.
My programming journey started in the mid-1980s on the Commodore 64 with BASIC and assembler, and somehow never really stopped. Since then I’ve wandered through Amiga and PC assembler, Pascal, QBasic, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Groovy, Kotlin, and a few other things along the way.
I like understanding how things work, from old 8-bit machines and low-level systems to modern software, simulations, games, and the strange machinery inside my own head.
Old enough to remember when memory was measured in kilobytes, but still curious enough to keep learning. ![]()
